This Villa is ideally located in the small Village of S.Agata and is perfect for families searching a quiet atmosphere. This Amalfi Coast rental is located in S.Agata between the Sorrento coast and the Amalfi coast.
The property is 150 sq. and is a few minutes walking distance from shops and restaurants; in the village you can also find one of the best restaraunts in Italy, the two michelin star Don Alfonso.

The Villa is surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens and a private pool. There is an outside
Terrace with dining area and a wood-fired pizza oven where you can organize pizza parties.
From the Villa you can easily reach by bus, car or private transfer all the nicest resorts such us the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Pompei, Ercolano.
The Villa has a main entrance with a parking area and a garden of 1000 square meters,
A pool and two covered patios, where it is possible to dine or  relax. There are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Ground floor
On the ground floor you can find a living room, a kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, oven, laundry room with washing machine, fridge and freezer; always on the ground floor there is one bathroom with shower enclosure, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with direct access to the pool

First floor
On the first floor there is one double bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, one single bedroom with access to a 40 s.q.m terrace with a beautiful sea view ; the second bathroom with shower enclosure is located on the second floor.
