Villa Agave is a wonderful  property located in Sorrento, at only 1,8 km from the centre of the town, boasting a luxuriant well groomed garden, a private swimming pool, and lovely terraces and balconies from where it is possible to look at the breathtaking panoramic view over the Island of Ischia, the Gulf of Naples and the city of Sorrento.
The entrance to the Villa features a lovely patio shaded by arches, on the ground level, covered with a valuable Tuscan style Cotto flooring, a 3 meters wooden table with benches, making an ideal location for  relaxing and pleasant moments.
The Villa itself is furbished with typical Tuscan Style antique pieces of furniture from the 17th, 18th and 19th Cent., valuable portraits, Murano glass-works and mirrors.
Villa Agave can accommodate 6 people into 3 lovely refined bedrooms, all of them come with private balconies overlooking the Gulf of Naples, all air conditioning/winter heating provided.
Bathrooms are three, elegantly covered with hand crafted Majolica tiles flooring, two  with bathtub and another one with shower. Complimentary courtesy line is available too. There is also a spacious and elegant living room with a fireplace provided with sofas and chairs, a dining room and a kitchen, on the ground floor. Kitchen is provided with a four-burners cooker, fridge, dishwasher, ice machine, American style coffee pot, toaster, oven, microwave oven, and a wood stove to prepare delicious pizza.

The garden

It develops on a 1000 square meters surface, distributed on two levels, and is provided with an independent access to the premises. The access to Villa is by a an imposing iron gate that opens up on an avenue lined with trees and plants of various shades of colors i.e magnolia, cicas, perfect flowers, all surrounded by a set of olive trees, and lovely Tuscan style tiny terra cotta pots filled with Citrus fruit plants, and lamp-posts that illuminate the property after dark.

After a short walk, on the right hand side, in front of the main entrance, there is a spacious courtyard where there is a parking space ( 3 spots ). Up ahead the villa shows itself in all its beauty and magnificence.

A stoned stairway will lead you to the best landscape you have ever came across. A well groomed green floor on the left hand side with sitting areas, the Villa on the right, and a spectacular front sea view over the Gulf of Naples.

The pool
Crossing the green flooring path located on the ground floor it is possible to access to the 2 level, through an elegant green-sand  stoned stairway that will lead you to the swimming pool, 13 x 5 meter, 1 to 2 meters deep, hydro massage area,  provided with facilities such as sun beds, deck chairs, Tuscan style round table for 6 people, shaded by an elegant Gazebo, and a well furnished mini-bar as well. Between the two levels it is possible to find a bathroom with shower, while another shower is located on the edge of the swimming pool.
All around the Villa, it is possible to relax and enjoy the real essence of this location, into the many pleasant corners furnished with tables, benches, lounging chairs and umbrellas.

INCLUDED: Maid service [3 hours, 5 times a week], daily change of towels, weekly rental, all taxes, electricity up to 330kwh, water & hot water, weekly change of linen and towels on Saturday
