Notes to the rental rates
Rentals are inclusive of linen and gas! Electricity cost 80€. Final cleaning in not included in the price and costs 100 Euros. A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, the balance is payable cash the day of arrive.
A breakage deposit of 250 Euro is required on arrival and is reimbursed the day of check-out.
Hours of entry to the apartments are from 15.00 pm until 20.00 pm.
