Notes to the rental rates

Rentals are inclusive of linen, gas, electricity and final cleaning!

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, the balance is payable cash the day of arrive. In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 61 days prior warning, the booking deposit is reimbursed. The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 60 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. In case of no - show the deposit is no refundable. A deposit of 150 Euro is required on arrival and is reimbursed the day of check-out.

If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate. Hours of entry to the apartments are from 15.00 pm until 20.00 pm. Within these hours there is always someone to meet you and to show you the apartment and give you the keys. Out of these hours there is a charge of Euro 30.00 to send somebody to welcome you and give you the keys. We realise that sometimes flights etc. are late, and for any entry after 11.00 pm there will be a charge of 50.00 Euro.
