Rental Rates for a maximum occupancy of 14 people

Notes to the rental rates

The prices are for a maximum occupancy of 14 people! For groups between 14  and 20 people please consider the rates shown in the table below!

The price includes

1. Final cleaning
2. Consumption of water and gas
3. Initial supply of bed and bath linens
4. Availability of a cot for a baby under two years
5. The maintenance of the garden and the pool
6. Wi-fi internet in all the rooms      

Extra obligatory charge:

1. Electricity and air conditioning, (0,20 kw/hour)
2. Heating during the winter, 4.20€/ m3
3. Deposit 500€ , returned the day of departure

Extra charges upon request:

1. Buffet breakfast composed of: orange juice, apple juice, grapefruit juice, bread, marmalade, tea, coffee, milk, croissant, fresh fruit, natural and sparkling mineral water, 10€ each
2. Extra change of linen and bath towels, 10€ each
3. Availability of a second cleaning lady, 40€ daily
4. Availability of a person to buy food the first day 50€
5. Cook for welcome dinner, 150€
6. Waiter, 80€
