Sorrento
From Naples Airport by public transport:
The nearest airport to Sorrento is distant 50 kms and is Capodichino. You may arrive to Sorrento from Capodichino using the Curreri bus firm, (the trip takes approximately 1 hour) or with the city bus that brings you to the Naples central train station Piazza Garibaldi, where the Circumvesuviana trains depart regularly for Sorrento.
From Naples airport by car:
you should follow the motorway A/3 Naples - Salerno as far as the exit Castellamare di Stabia; once you get off the exit for Castellammare di Stabia you follow the State road 145 to Sorrento.The entire journey is around 48 kms from Naples to Sorrento.

From Rome by car:
Traveling from Rome you will take the A1 motorway in the Naples direction and after leaving Naples, take the A3 motorway, the Napoli-Salerno , do not follow the Naples Tangenziale,make sure to always follow the brown signs indicating the "Penisola Sorrentina". At Castellammare di Stabia take the state road 145 to Sorrento.
From Rome Airport by public means:
there is a shuttle connecting the airport Leonardo da Vinci with the main railway station in Rome.From this station there are several trains to Naples.The journey takes approximately 2 hours. Opon arrival at the Naples central station, take the Circumvesuviana on to Sorrento.
