Villa Mediterranea

Villa Mediterranea is an elegant historical villa situated in Sant’Agnello, 1 Km far from Sorrento. The property is near a large cliff from where you can admire Sorrento and the wonderful gulf of Naples, with a breathtaking view. A few minutes walking you will find the centre of Sant’Agnello, with many shops, restaurants, a church and all that you need.
The Villa is surrounded by a nice garden, with many trees and plants and a beautiful gazebo where you can spend the hottest hours of the day.  There are comfortable chairs, tables and pizza owen, so you can also organize romantic candlelight dinners in summer evenings. In the garden there is also the swimming area, with a large pool open from May until October.

The Villa is spread out over three floors and measures 500 square meters; with its seven bedrooms, the Villa can host until 14 people.
In the ground floor there is a large and elegant living room, with three comfortable sofas and armchairs, and there is also a big dining table for the guests; the room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The kitchen is very well equipped, with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and a dishwasher. There is also a table to seat 14 guests. In the kitchen there is a big window from where you can look the beautiful garden.

In the first floor there are three bedrooms, in the second floor other three bedrooms and in the third floor a seventh bedroom. In every room you will find a queen size bed, an armchair and a desk , a flat-screen satellite TV, a telephone, a safe and a mini refrigerator. The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning. Every room has also a private bathroom, with toilet, bathtub and hairdryer.
