Villa Gioia

Elegant and refined, Villa Gioia is located in a peacefull residential area of Sorrento, just ten minutes walking from the famous Tasso square. The Villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden where there is a nice pool, so it is ideal for the people who loves silent and relax. From the Villa you can easly reach the port of Sorrento, from where you can take the fast hydrofoils to Capri or Naples and the station is 350 metres far. Near the Villa there is also the bus stop.

Entering by the main gate, you can park your car and then you reach the garden. In the garden there is a swimming area equipped with sunbeds, chairs, a table and a nice pool.

The Villa is 400 square meters and the rooms are located on different levels.
In the main entrance there is a large living room, where you will find furnishings elegant and refined, comfortable sofas and armchairs. If you like the music, you can also play the piano! In this room you will find a satellite television, a DVD player and a CD player with FM radio. In the dining area there is a large table that can accommodate ten guests. In these rooms there is air conditioning.

The kitchen is on the right of the living room. It is totally equipped, with five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and air conditioning. From the kitchen a large door takes you on the patio.
 

The first bedroom is on the ground floor. This is a double bedroom with a queen size bed, equipped with air conditioning. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
On the top floor there are four double bedrooms, everyone with queen size and air condition ing. The first one is very big, with three windows and air conditioning. This bedroom has a beautiful en-suite bathroom, with Jacuzzi bathtub.
On the top floor there is another bedroom with private bathroom, a bathroom with bathtub, and other two bedrooms.

The propriety includes also a fitness area.
